Very spacious room , comfortable, wide single beds. Excellent location close to Paulista, Consolação, nightlife, shops, restaurants and 2 metro lines. Friendly staff, no queues at reception. Aircon worked well. Good breakfast buffet with strong coffee.

Overall, it was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! The room was comfortable, bed was nice. Furniture was in good condition. It was clean and simple. Bathroom had a bidet and an excellent blow dryer. The room also had an iron which was very useful. The location was very good, probably my favorite part; walking distance from many restaurants and Avenida Paulista, can even walk to the MASP. The gym, sauna and outdoor area were nice but the pool was a little small. The breakfast was good. They had a good assortment. I LOVED the staff at the restaurant and the hotel. They were very kind and helpful, nothing was lacking in that department.

The property is in a great area and close to Paulista. The staff are super nice and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast is lovely!

I requested a quiet room, and they obliged with a location around the corner from the elevator, which was quite peaceful. We could even open the window without street noise intruding. The reception staff had very good English. They are very service oriented. We had a disappointment when a tour operator didn’t show up, and the hotel staff were very helpful to contact the tour people and discuss the problem and assist with the resolution. I was grateful and wasn’t sure I would have accomplished much by myself.

I liked that it felt to be a secure neighborhood to walk around. Obviously, you need to continue to be self aware of your surroundings. Location was great.

The renovated rooms were nice and modern. The staff is very friendly. And the location at the Paulista is very central. The suite has a nice rooftop terrace and a big private outdoor jacuzzi.

Comfortable hotel at a good price in a good location very close to Paulista Avenue plus very vlose to the bus stop for the Airport Gualruhos
